About TPMS for Earthmoving
Specifically for earthmoving: monitoring under high pressure. In earthmoving, large machines often operate day and night, which is a heavy burden. Tire pressure is also a critical issue in this field; one day operating with a tire pressure that is to low, damages the carcass of the tire. For monitoring tire pressure in earthmoving, we have developed special sensors that fit OTR valves and are resistant to harsh conditions.

Product Features of OTR TPMS
The OTR TPMS provides real-time monitoring of tire pressure and temperature, enhancing reliability and availability while extending the lifespan of your tires. The system is easy to install, and the LCD monitor displays tire pressure and temperature. There is an automatic warning if the tire pressure is abnormally high or low compared to the set thresholds.

- Low Pressure Level 3 Alarm: triggered when the tire pressure is 50% lower than the set standard value.
- High Pressure Alarm: triggered when the tire pressure is 25% higher than the set standard value.
- Fast Leak Alarm: triggered when the tire pressure drops by more than 3 psi within 12 seconds.
- Transmitter Trouble Alarm: triggered when a wheel sensor fails or when RF interference disrupts the signal.
- High Temperature Alarm: triggered when the measured temperature exceeds 90°C.
