Many of Impaqed Products’ specific customized solutions are delivered in what appears to be an identical housing. The enormous diversity in versions is therefore not visible in the hardware of our solutions. This creates the risk that clients download a manual of a version which is slightly different from their current version.

Therefore, we prefer to approach this for you in a more customer-friendly and personal way. Need a manual? Call or e-mail us, ask your question and give us the article number (mentioned on the invoice and packing slip) or serial number and type that you can find on the back of every monitor, receiver or booster that we have delivered to you. On this basis, we can ensure that you receive exactly the manual that belongs to your specific version. In English, Dutch or German, as desired.
